Villa Tokay, a luxury boutique resort in Gili Air, is looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Relations Manager to join our team. If you love helping guests and being part of a great hospitality team, this job is for you!

 

Your responsibilities:

As a Guest Relations Manager, you will help guests have a memorable experience at Villa Tokay. Your main tasks:

Welcome guests when they arrive and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out.
Answer guest questions and handle requests and complaints professionally.
Communicate with guests through email, OTA messages, and in person.
Assist guests with booking tours, activities, and restaurant reservations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and spa teams to ensure excellent service.
Manage reservations and update guest information in Cloudbeds (hospitality management system).
Handle daily reports, payments, and basic back-office tasks.
 

What we are looking for:

Outgoing, friendly and positive personality who enjoys helping others.
Experience in guest relations, front office, back office or hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, OTA communication (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), and guest email handling.
Experience with Cloudbeds or other hotel management systems is an advantage.
Organized, detail oriented, and able to work well in a team.
