We are opening soon for Thai Restaurant in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate our drink offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service
Craft innovative cocktails and curate a top-quality drink menu
Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
Train and mentor bartenders, ensuring consistency and excellence
Handle customer interactions, providing a welcoming and engaging experience
Assist with event planning, promotions, and themed nights
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender
Fluent in English
Strong mixology skills and knowledge of classic & modern cocktails
Leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
