Qualifications 

Current student or recent graduate in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, Soil Science, or related fields. 

Strong interest and understanding in sustainable agriculture principles, environmental conservation, crop production practices, and soil management techniques. 

Basic sales and marketing knowledge or experience is a plus. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Willingness to travel to field sites and interact with farmers and customers. 

Experience or interest in environmental or sustainability projects is a plus 

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. 

Have strong organizational and observational skills 

Candidates must have a motorcycle or at least be able to drive. 

Responsibilities 

Assist in conducting field trials and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of fertilizer 

Support the development of agronomic protocols and best practices for using the fertilizer. 

Collect and analyze data related to the social and economic impact of the project in the community 

Document and report on field observations and data 

Support the team in daily activities related to the project 

Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote seaweed-based fertilizer. 

Engage with customers and respond to inquiries to build strong customer relationships. 

Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback. 

Conduct regular field visits to meet with farmers, assess their needs, and provide personalized agronomic advice. 

Educate farmers on crop production practices, soil management techniques, and the use of our products and services. 

Identify and develop sales opportunities for our products and services among farmers in the assigned region. 

Working Days 

Monday to Friday 9 AM - 4 PM (1 hour of break interval, minimum of 30 hours/week), with the possibility of working over the weekend on certain event occasions
