Guest Relation Officer (GRO) 

Requirements: 

• Female. 

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus. 

• Previous experience 1-2 years in guest relations, front desk, or customer service roles in hospitality or F&B is preferred. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. 

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. 

• Well-groomed and professional in appearance. 

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
