🛠️ Responsibilities

🔍 Quality Assurance

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control program for incoming raw materials from farmers. This may include establishing quality standards, conducting inspections at the farm level or upon delivery, and working with farmers to implement corrective actions if quality issues are identified.

Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for quality control in agriculture and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement plans to continuously improve the quality of products sourced from farmers.

Work collaboratively with farmers to provide training and support on best practices for growing crops that meet our quality standards.

📦 Inventory Management

Oversee the stock opname process for fertilizers from farmers. This may include developing and implementing standardized stock counting procedures, ensuring accurate data collection, and reconciling discrepancies.

Utilize inventory management software to track fertilizer stock levels, including incoming deliveries, internal consumption, and finished product inventory.

Analyze inventory data to forecast demand for fertilizer and other raw materials. Implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize the risk of stockouts or overstocking.

🚚 Supply Chain Management

Conduct research and identify qualified suppliers for a variety of raw materials needed for production.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery delays, quality problems, or price fluctuations.

Stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities to source raw materials more efficiently and cost-effectively.

🔧 Process Optimization

Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost, and waste reduction.

Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and make adjustments as needed.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes to ensure consistency and quality.

🎓 Desired Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Graduated from a reputable university.

📝 Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a production management role.

Proven track record of success in implementing quality control procedures and improving production processes.

Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain management principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong organizational and observational skills.

📅 Working Days

On-site placements in the Lombok area.

Monday to Friday, Flexible working hours within 8 AM - 8 PM window, minimum 40 hours/week.

There might be a possibility of extended working hours if needed.

🔍 Notes

Probation period is 6 months with the possibility of full-time position placement based on performance appraisal at the end of the probation period.
