Responsibilities

🤝 Assist in identifying and interacting with target communities for the seaweed-based fertilizer project.

👨‍🌾 Manage and maintain relationships with local farmers.

🗣️ Able to communicate actively and openly, be agile, and adapt quickly to unexpected circumstances in the field.

📅 Organize and facilitate meetings with local communities.

📢 Support the development and implementation of effective communication strategies to increase community awareness and participation.

📝 Prepare progress reports for management and donors.

🛠️ Support the team in daily activities related to the project.

🔍 Participate in project evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Desired Educational Background

🎓 Current student or recent graduate in Sociology, Public Relations, or related fields.

🌱 Basic experience working in NGOs or similar projects (through internships, volunteer work, or academic experiences).

Qualifications

🌍 Basic understanding of social and cultural dynamics of local communities.

🌾 Basic understanding of agronomy related fields is a plus.

🔄 Ability to work in the field and adapt to changing circumstances.

👥 Ability to interact with various stakeholders, including local communities.

🗣️ Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

📅 Good organizational and time management skills.

💡 Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to community development projects.

🌳 Experience or interest in environmental or sustainability projects is a plus.

🚗 Willingness to travel to field sites and interact with farmers and customers.

🌐 Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

📝 Have strong organizational and observational skills.

🏍️ Candidates must have a motorcycle or at least be able to drive.

Working days

🕘 Monday to Friday 9 AM - 4 PM (1 hour of break interval, minimum of 30 hours/week), with the possibility of working over the weekend on certain event occasions.

📍 On-site placement in Lombok area
