Job Description: Real Estate Sales and Business Development Manager (Luxury Villas)

 

 Position Overview:

 We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our luxury villas and real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury property sales and marketing, with strong skills in digital marketing, campaign development, and deal structuring.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

 

 1. Luxury Property Sales:

 - Drive sales of luxury villas and real estate properties.

 - Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.

 

 2. Marketing and Campaign Development:

 - Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote luxury properties.

 - Create and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.

 

 3. Deal Structuring:

 - Negotiate and structure deals to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.

 - Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

 

 4. CRM Management:

 - Oversee and optimize the use of CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.

 - Analyze CRM data to improve customer relationship strategies.

 

 5. Reporting and Analysis:

 - Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to prepare sales reports and presentations.

 - Analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.

 

 6. Communication:

 - Maintain a high level of communication with clients and team members.

 - Conduct presentations and meetings with stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of English proficiency.

 

 Qualifications:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

 - Extensive experience in luxury property sales and marketing.

 - Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.

 - Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
