Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimise sales processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Monitor and report on key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as part of the leadership team
Job Requirements:
Minimum2 years of proven sales management experience, preferably within the food industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
