The role of the Superintendent Mine Warehouse is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, maintaining inventory accuracy & inventory value, and optimizing workflows to improve productivity. 

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and refine business processes within the Mine Warehouse and Maintenance to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. 

The Warehouse Superintendent will work closely with other departments, such as Maintenance Planner, SCM, Logistics and Inventory Control, to ensure seamless operations and meet business objectives, develop and maintain strong relationships with user, SCM, and other Departments;

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, shipping activities and project.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems.

Optimize space utilization and manage warehouse equipment to maximize efficiency.

Ensure the movement of mobile equipment components running well.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 12-15 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management.

At least 5 years of experience as Warehouse Superintendent in Mining Company or a related field.

Have Experience with warehouse operation, SCM and inventory control; Experience in external parties such as user, SCM and other department.

Strong understanding of relevant safety and environmental regulations; Understand the warehouse business process and ERP SAP related with material management and maintenance.

Proficient in advance spreadsheet, SAP, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.

Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
