CURRENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

JOBDESC:

Overseeing all financial activities and accounting functions within the organization.

Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Managing the financial reporting process, including preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Analyzing financial data and performance to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.

Supervising the accounting team and providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Collaborating with other departments to support strategic decision-making and achieve overall business goals.

Managing relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum bachelor degree of (Accounting/Finance)

Willing to work in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok

Have at least 4-5 years experience as Accounting & Tax Preferably in Hospitality Industry / FnB

Expertise in Accounting (financial statement, accounting journal) and in the field of tax (PPH, VAT, and other tax regulations).

In depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations and good understanding in accounting and finance.

Having experience operating Accounting software

Having experience in Tax Audit is preferable.

Having good communication skills.

Having good interpersonal skills, and details oriented.

Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Available to work independently or team in under pressure circumstances and dynamic environment.
