Your Role:
Be part of our extraordinary Product team in our new office in Mataram/Lombok. As a Manual Tester / QA Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and reliability of Invitario’s scalable, data-driven event marketing platform that significantly reduces workload and errors for event managers.
You will work closely with the UI/UX Designer, Product Manager, Frontend Developers, and Backend Developers to deliver a seamless user experience. Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for quality assurance will be critical in enhancing the platform and driving user satisfaction.

Your Tasks:
Develop and execute thorough test plans and test cases for new features and functionalities.
Perform manual testing of web applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features remain unaffected by new changes.
Work closely with Developers to understand technical implementations and provide timely feedback.
Coordinate with the Product Manager to ensure testing aligns with product requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer to validate the user experience and interface designs.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools like Jira.
Provide clear and detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
Participate in defect triage meetings to prioritize and resolve issues.
Suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality assurance process.
Develop and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test reports.
Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Provide feedback on usability and suggest enhancements to improve the user journey.
Efficiently manage your time to meet testing deadlines without compromising quality.
You’ll Fit Great With These Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Manual Tester or QA Engineer, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven track record of testing web applications and ensuring high-quality software releases.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Strong knowledge of automated testing; knowledge of Cypress is a plus.
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs is a plus.
Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and driving solutions.
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commitment to personal and professional growth and staying updated with industry trends.
