Resort Manager

📌 Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee daily resort operations with a strong focus on guest experience, housekeeping, room operations, and maintenance 🏨

✔️ Lead and manage the team to ensure a high level of service 👥💼

✔️ Work closely with the Chef and F&B Manager to ensure seamless collaboration between Rooms and F&B 🍽️🏡

✔️ Handle VIP guest relations and maintain a high level of personal service ⭐

✔️ Support and coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive bookings and brand awareness 📢📊

✔️ Represent the brand ethos of Kuara Lombok as a luxury retreat 🌟

📌 Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Villa Manager or Boutique Resort Manager 🏝️

✅ Proven ability to manage a high-end property with personalized guest service 🏆

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills 🎯🗣️

✅ Excellent command of English (spoken and written) 🇬🇧✍️

✅ Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented management style 🔍

✅ Experience in pre-opening or launching properties is highly valued 🚪✨

✅ Indonesian nationals and expats currently based in Indonesia are encouraged to apply 🌏
