Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Manager at Wonder Intercultural School, located in Lombok. The School Manager will be responsible for overseeing the school's daily operations, including formulating and implementing marketing strategies, managing administrative tasks, and liaising with relevant government departments. The manager will also ensure a supportive and nurturing environment for staff, maintain high professional standards, and foster community engagement.
Qualifications
Experience in Education administration, the Indonesian education system, and it's legal requirements.
Strong Administrative and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community
Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
Experience in international or intercultural education is a plus
