👔 HOTEL MANAGER
We are hiring a Hotel Manager to join our team in beautiful Gili Meno, Lombok!
Opening mid-April: Four beachfront bungalows and a beach bar with a commitment to high-standard customer service.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations 🏨
Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff 👥
Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness ✨
Prepare management reports and manage hotel expenses efficiently 📊
Ensure property maintenance and prioritize safety & security 🔧🛡️
Collaborate with guests and hotel owners 🤝
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally 💬
Uphold a pleasant, proactive, and learning-oriented attitude 😊
Communicate fluently in English (spoken & written) 🗣️✍️
Work effectively both in a team and independently 👨👩👧👦🧍♂️
Understand the hospitality industry environment 🏝️
📚 Qualifications:
🎓 Minimum Diploma Degree
🧳 Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager
👨💼 Proven track record in the hospitality industry and team management
🌐 Fluent in English (spoken & written)
