👨🍳 COMMIS CHEF – Job Overview
As a Commis Chef, you play a vital support role in the kitchen. You'll assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization, and learn essential culinary skills along the way. This is the perfect role for those starting their culinary journey, with a deep passion for food and a strong desire to grow.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
🔪 Food Preparation
• Assist with basic tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients.
• Follow directions from senior chefs for timely and precise execution.
• Support mise en place and prep across various sections.
🧼 Kitchen Support
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Help receive and store kitchen supplies.
• Support fellow team members during busy service.
📚 Learning & Development
• Observe and absorb culinary techniques from senior chefs.
• Show initiative, welcome feedback, and strive for improvement.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and efficiency.
⚠️ Health & Safety Compliance
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Keep equipment and tools clean and in top condition.

🎁 What We Offer
💸 Salary: 3.500.000 IDR/month
🍱 Meal Allowance: 390.000 IDR/month
