👨🍳 Pastry CDP – Job Overview
The Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dessert and baked items. This role demands creativity, precision, and a solid understanding of pastry techniques. Your goal is to ensure consistency, freshness, and visual appeal in every sweet creation served.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🍩 Production & Execution
Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods based on recipes and quality standards
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Collaborate on new dessert concepts and seasonal specialties
🧼 Organization & Efficiency
Manage mise en place and daily prep for the pastry section
Keep workstations clean and organized at all times
Monitor inventory & communicate needs to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
👥 Team Collaboration
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
Train and guide junior pastry team members
Communicate timelines and needs clearly with the broader kitchen team
🧯 Health & Safety Compliance
Follow all hygiene and food safety standards
Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
Keep all tools, equipment, and refrigeration clean and in good working order
🧾 Working Conditions
Fast-paced kitchen environment
Requires flexibility with long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
🎁 We Offer:
💰 Salary: 5,200,000 IDR/Month
🍛 Meal Allowance: 390,000 IDR/Month
🏠 House Allowance: 250,000 IDR/Month
