The STEWARD (DISHWASHER) 🧼🍴
The STEWARD is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all kitchen equipment and dishes used during service. This role requires constant attention to the dishwashing area, ensuring a clean and safe working environment while supporting the kitchen team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance 🧽:
Wash and clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain the dishwashing area, ensuring all utensils are ready for use.
Properly manage waste and discardable materials.
Support to the Kitchen 🍳:
Ensure the kitchen always has clean dishes and utensils available for service.
Assist in the preparation of raw materials and keep the work area organized.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service.
Health and Safety Compliance 🧴:
Follow hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and waste management protocols.
Working Conditions 🕒
Fast-paced kitchen environment with long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
English speaking and writing required.
We Offer 💼
Salary: 3,500,000 IDR/Month 💵
Meal Allowance: 390,000 IDR/Month 🍽️
House Allowance: 250,000 IDR/Month 🏠
Service Charge from the 1st Month 💰
Company covers all travel costs from hometown to Lombok, Gili Air 🌴
