RECEPTIONIST
Job Responsibilities:
Handle check-in/out, guest requests, and on-site issues professionally -
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Handle inquiries via phone, messages, and emails clearly and professionally
- Work well under pressure, independently or in a team
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Min. 2 years experience as a hotel receptionist
- Bachelor's degree
- Neat and friendly appearance
- Familiar with OTA & Channel Manager
- Basic math and computer skills
- Familiarity with Lombok, especially tourist areas
- Flexible working hours
- Driving skills (manual & automatic) preferred
