About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimating & Civil Engineer to join our strategic and planning team at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert civil engineering and estimating support for our large-scale projects in Sumbawa Barat, West Nusa Tenggara.
What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive cost estimates and feasibility analyses for civil engineering projects
Designing and developing detailed construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and recommending innovative solutions to improve project efficiency
Reviewing and approving engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documents
Providing technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or a similar industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale, complex projects
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office suite
Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent is preferred
