Key Responsibilities:
Manage litigation effectively and represent AMNT regarding to risk assessment, preventive measures, collaborate with others.
Responsible to prepare internal reports and document and record accurately and completely in legal proceeding requirement.
Manage corporate governance to protect stakeholders’ interests, enhance shareholder's value, risk management and enhance company's reputation and brand value.
Responsible for legal compliance, ensure the company's policies and practices is updated, development and manage legal policies, procedures and documents.
Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and advise on potential legal risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they meet the organization's standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law, preferably holding a master’s degree
Have minimum 8 years’ experiences in similar role as and professional experience in law firm and/or as an in-house counsel, preferably in litigation field (civil and criminal), with a minimum of 2 years in mining industry.
Holding an advocate license issued by PERADI;
In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the organization's industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues.
Good organizational, Leadership and management qualities skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written; English proficiency with a minimum TOEFL® ITP 500, TOEFL® iBT 61, PTE Academic 50; or IELTS™ 6,0
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
